It's a large retail based space with high ceilings, painted wooden floors, gold scaffolding light rig with modern and decorative light fittings throughout. A large 2 piece glazed front window looks out onto the pavement of a busy village high-street, allowing for opportunities with elaborate window dressings or to highlight standout items of stock to the passing public. Electric sockets are available throughout the space, as is a fibre optic wifi connection. A vintage sales counter can be provided on request. Re-decorating is not permitted but the walls are freshly painted with subtle shades that offer an immediate calm backdrop to any display or event. Minimal storage is available on request. Heating is provided with a ceiling mounted infra-red heater. A music system is provided for the space along with a music license that covers pre-recorded music. The opportunity to play live music is available on request. The space is fully wheelchair accessible. Staffing and installation assistance is available on request, additional costs apply. There is also an additional option to hire the exterior space at the front on the unit. POS system is available on request at an additional charge.
